Coloplast Agrees to Sell
Mills Biopharmaceuticals

On February 20, 2007, BrachySales, Inc. (which will shortly change its name to Core Oncology) entered into an agreement with Coloplast to purchase Mills Biopharmaceuticals (formerly known as Mentor Oncology). This opportunity to acquire the brachytherapy business is a result of Coloplast’s intention to focus on product areas within Ostomy, Urology & Continence, Wound & Skin Care. As President & CEO, it is my privilege to personally inform you that Core Oncology was formed by the existing management team for the sole purpose of acquiring the brachytherapy business in order to better serve you and your patients. We expect to close this acquisition by June of this year.

It’s a new beginning and the birth of a new identity as Core Oncology. This is a very exciting time for me personally as well as for all of our team. Core Oncology is the same team of people that you have known over the years, but we will now have the independence and resources necessary to focus entirely on the brachytherapy market. You, our valued customer and your trusted patient, are our Core – hence the name Core Oncology. For you, this will mean enhanced customers service, new products, and a committed and focused management team and employees.
